  PHP is based on the philosophy that, for true and sustainable livelihoods to take place, there is need for vibrant and joint broad decisions committed to mobilize vulnerable community at all platforms to actively participate in the fight against extreme poverty, child abuse, human rights violations, pandemics, improper healthy practices and environmental misuse through an active and effective response to needs of marginalized youth, women, disabled, widows, orphans and vulnerable children in rural and urban areas.
